The cluster upgrade is currently in the progress of being verified. During this verification all services have been restored and are available again. We don't expect any downtime going forward.

The cluster upgrade is currently running in the final stage and we expect to start the cluster shortly. We will update our statuspage when these steps are finished and the cluster is available again.

Currently the cluster upgrade is still ongoing but is taking longer than anticipated and will unfortunately extent the downtime we estimated previously. Our intent is keeping the downtime to a minimum and restore our services as soon as possible. We will keep updating our statuspage as the maintenance is ongoing.

We will be performing a major upgrade of our Portal database cluster in the morning of 11 August starting from 6:00 (CEST). During this time, the Portal, Customer API and Data Processing Backends will be temporarily unavailable for an expected time span of maximum 60 minutes.
Although our intent is to keep downtime to a minimum this maintenance will take longer then our normal maintenance. This is however required to maintain a stable environment for our customers and allows us to extent the features of our products in the future.
