Portal database cluster upgrade Aug 11, 06:00-08:30 CEST
We will be performing a major upgrade of our Portal database cluster in the morning of 11 August starting from 6:00 (CEST). During this time, the Portal, Customer API and Data Processing Backends will be temporarily unavailable for an expected time span of maximum 60 minutes.

Although our intent is to keep downtime to a minimum this maintenance will take longer then our normal maintenance. This is however required to maintain a stable environment for our customers and allows us to extent the features of our products in the future.

Identified - We are getting reports that the Portal and its Customer API are unavailable from certain regions, with an error page citing TCP timeouts. This seems to be a problem with our CDN provider, and we are taking emergency measures to remediate the problem. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
