The maintenance is unfortunately taking more time than expected, but we are making all the expected progress. The Portal and Customer API have been offline since 9:30 AM CEST, and will remain offline for a maximum of 20 more minutes.

We will be performing a cluster upgrade on Portal in the morning of August 26 starting from 09:00 (CEST). The goal of this upgrade is to maintain/increase stability on the storage components and perform routine security maintenance. The Portal will be unavailable for a maximum time span of 30 minutes during the upgrade.
All other components will remain unaffected.
