Our maintenance window has started. We are currently performing preparations; all services currently remain unaffected.

We will be performing an upgrade of our database cluster in the morning of 7 December. This upgrade will make the Portal, Customer API and Data Processing Backend unavailable for 30 minutes. All other components will remain unaffected.
Naturally our intent is to minimize the downtime as much as possible and we realize that this timeframe exceeds our previous maintenance windows significantly. However, this upgrade will allow us to perform smaller and shorter upgrades in the future, and thus prepares us for even better service levels going forward.
