Scheduled
In the morning of Wednesday 23 May we will be doing structural upgrades to our database cluster. These upgrades are required to ensure continued scalability of our cluster, and represent a vital step in our project of enacting major performance increases for all our customers. Those performance increases will be immediately visible for new customers; existing customers will see this increase during individual upgrades over time following this maintenance.

Since this upgrade modifies core elements of our product backend we are forced to completely disable all of our database-backed services as the upgrade progresses. It is our current expectation that the downtime will be limited to no more than 15 minutes. During this time, the Portal, Customer API and Data Processing Backends will be offline; all other services remain unaffected. Agents will continue to perform scans as usual, however the processing of detections and tasks may be delayed until after the services are back online.

Customers don't need to do anything to prepare for this maintenance. However, in case you have any questions regarding this maintenance or the follow-up invidiual upgrades, don't hesitate to contact us at support@patchman.co.
